The City of Waynoka received an OWRB Emergency Grant of $100,000 to improve its water system.

Repeated problems with back pressure through the reverse osmosis system damaged the filter cartridges. Robert K. Mullins of Mehlburger Brawley Engineering designed a surge tank system that would prevent the back pressure.
McCray and Associates assisted in preparing the application, ensuring all requirements of the OWRB Emergency application were met.
