Get some public recognition from UP Railroad

The Union Pacific Railroad is celebrating their 150th anniversary and recognizing towns all along their routes with a special registry.

Union Pacific crosses through Oklahoma in several places, so many towns are eligible. Chickasha and El Reno are already listed.

Union Pacific - So Long It's Been Good To Know You"The registry is open to all incorporated communities located along Union Pacific tracks or terminals. Elected city officials and executive officials of the local Chamber of Commerce are invited to complete the application form to feature their community at up150.com, as well as be recognized with an exclusive resolution from Union Pacific Chairman Jim Young that can be presented to the mayor, city council or other community leader."

There's no cash award here. Just a chance to promote your town.

Request an application for Train Town, USA.
