Infrastructure support for communities with 2011 major disasters

Several Oklahoma counties are eligible for federal assistance from the Economic Development Administration based on federal disaster declarations in fiscal year 2011.

The eligible incidents and counties are listed at the FEMA site:

• January and February Severe Winter Storms in Craig County, Creek County, Jefferson County, Logan County, Mayes County, Nowata County, Okmulgee County, Osage County, Ottawa County, Pawnee County, Pottawatomie County, Rogers County, Stephens County, Tulsa County, Wagoner County, and Washington County.
• April 2011 Severe Storms in Atoka and Pusmataha Counties
• April 2011 Severe Storms and Flooding in Adair County, Cherokee County, Delaware County, Haskell County, Le Flore County, McIntosh County, Muskogee County, Okmulgee County, Pittsburg County, and Sequoyah County.
• May 2011 Severe Storms, etc., in Blaine County, Caddo County, Canadian County, Craig County, Delaware County, Grady County, Jefferson County, Kingfisher County, Le Flore County, Logan County, Major County, McClain County, Nowata County, and Osage County.

Applications are being accepted until all $200,000,000 of the funds are allocated.

Projects can include a variety of construction and non-construction actions designed for economic development benefit.
